Google and YouTube data accessed

After the owner grants permission through Google OAuth, the tool uses only the permissions needed to:

• upload and manage owner-approved YouTube video uploads and their associated metadata; and
• read YouTube Analytics reports for the owner’s channel.

The tool may process video files and metadata selected by the owner, YouTube video identifiers, upload and scheduling status, and channel performance information such as views, watch time, audience-engagement metrics, and traffic-source reports. It does not request, collect, or store the owner’s Google password.

How data is used

Google and YouTube data is used only to perform owner-authorized uploads, record the resulting YouTube object and schedule information, collect channel analytics, and evaluate the owner’s Vibe Nest Radio campaigns. It is not used for advertising, profiling unrelated users, surveillance, or any undisclosed secondary purpose.

Hermes Personal Assistant’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and campaign records are stored on private systems controlled by the owner. Access is restricted to the owner and automation acting solely on the owner’s behalf. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect credentials and stored API data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Sharing

Google and YouTube user data is not sold. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Data is transmitted to Google and YouTube only as necessary to use their OAuth and API services. Service providers acting solely on the owner’s behalf may process data only as needed to operate the private automation and under confidentiality and security obligations.

Retention, revocation, and deletion

Campaign records are retained only as long as needed for the owner’s operating records and campaign evaluation. The owner can revoke access at any time through Google Account permissions. When authorization is revoked or can no longer be refreshed, the tool stops accessing the account and stored YouTube API data associated with that authorization will be deleted as soon as practicable and no later than 30 calendar days after revocation, except where retention is legally required.

The owner may also request deletion through the support email displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen.

Children

Hermes Personal Assistant is a private business automation tool. It is not directed to children and is not offered for use by children.

Changes and contact

This policy will be updated before the tool accesses or uses Google user data in a materially different way. For privacy or authorization questions, use the support email displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen.
